A lifelong desire to create and learn led me to the oil painting studios of Master Artists Thomas Dunlay, Evelina Brozgul and Christina Mastrangelo, who have opened the door for me to generations of Master painters before them. I am most inspired by the methods of the Boston School of Painters, which guided and inspired me to be a more careful observer of the natural world. I am continually drawn to the beauty and lessons that nature has to offer with its limitless variety of texture, light, color and values. My work reflects and is born from the places of natural wonder in New England and my “home away from home”, St John, USVI.
